Biography Julie Niquet

Born on July 28, 1980 in Montreal, Julie Niquet is a radio/TV host, trainer-host and singer. Today she lives in nature in Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson, in her care of paradise since birth.

Having grown up in the Rosemont-Petite-Patrie district and in the countryside. She attended high school at Père-Marquette and Eulalie Durocher school. She did her graduate studies at the school of animation and communication Stephan Roy Ltée. In addition, it has 2 certificates of professional specialization (ASP) in business launch, one in business art and the other in entertainment industry.

She made her debut on student radio at her Père-Marquette high school in the mid-90s. Her passion for music led her to take singing lessons with Jenny Rock. At the end of the 90s, she made her debut on stage at the Eulalie-Durocher school. In the early 2000s after completing her studies in semi-professional radio/television communication, she hosted a program at CHAI 1019. She performed on stage singing and dancing with the other students of the school. MusidanS. She continues her 2 passions at the same time as these jobs in administrative support.

In the mid-2000s, she took training in semi-professional and professional radio animation at the Stephan Roy animation and communication school and obtained a certificate. She continues her radio career at CHOC FM 1049, CHAI 1019, CFLO FM and FM 1033. She will perform with other students of Manon Lévesque and participate in many contests, or some, she will finish in the semi-finals and finals. She will perform on stage in Cuba with the other artists of Trois-Pistoles en chanson in early 2019.

In 2017, she became Technician-animator in Boscoville for educational visits for young people in the 2nd primary cycle (4th, 5th and 6th years), in order to introduce them to oral communication via the world of radio. The adventure of the Radioactive Squad began in September 2019 as a trainer-facilitator with the Carrefour jeunesse Emploi Bourassa-Sauvé with my colleague Marc-André Labrosse, in order to provide oral communication skills in secondary schools (Henri-Bourassa and Calixa -Lavallée) both at school and extracurricular levels.

The adventure continues today for her with the 2 secondary schools, going it alone since 2021. And for the past few months, she has been hosting her radio show (lunch at Julie) on www.rpmradio.ca on Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
